I'm a first time poster on this forum so forgive any ignorance. I have a '51 M. Been running fine but noted my 3 pt (add on) hydraulic cylinder didn't seem to be fully extending. I checked the vented dipstick forward of the brake and noted it was dry. I was pouring farmall hydraulic fluid into this port with a funnel and immediately noted it was pouring out of the pan underneath. At that point I figured I would work on it after I got some hay moved which I needed to do yesterday. I always park it under the barn eve in neutral with the brake on. I tried to fire it up but it seemed to be in gear. Checked again to see if the shifter was in the neutral position and it seemed to be. Tried again, but clearly it's not in neutral as the tractor wants to roll when I crank. It wont shift into a gear higher than 3rd. I have no idea where to start. Not even sure how I'm going to move it as there's not enough room behind it (fence) to pull it out with a truck. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks, KO
