I am new here and ran across this yesterday, I want to contact the property owner and see if he/she

is interested in selling, any idea of fair value, seems to be mostly all there.

 

I just finished a Kubota Grey Market restoration and need a new project...

From the serial number it is a 1952, as for the worth that depends on what part of the country, if it has any implements and does it run.

Well the owner contacted me and His Grandfather bought that tractor new and he wants to keep it  

Wish he would take better care of it.
